I'm Gerald Allen Knowles, the artist behind GAK ArtPrints. My studio is in Costa Calma, on the wind-sculpted south coast of Fuerteventura, where the light changes by the hour and the horizon is never quite the same twice.
Every piece begins as a quiet observation: a cathedral facade in Paris, the voids of the Jewish Museum in Berlin, palms bending in the Canary winds, a street corner remembered from a journey. I sketch, photograph and layer these moments until they feel less like pictures and more like memories you can live with.
How each print is made
Each work is printed to order on archival, museum-quality paper with pigment inks, then framed with generous white space so the art can breathe. Made to order means no overproduction and no waste, just art made for the person who wants it, shipped worldwide.
Why it matters
I believe a well-chosen print can change the feeling of a room. Every piece I offer is one I would hang on my own walls.
