Photography: Architecture of Time
Architecture of Time is a photographic exploration of abandoned structures, weathered surfaces, and forgotten spaces. Created in Lanzarote, this black-and-white series examines the silent dialogue between architecture and the passage of time. Walls crumble, steel emerges, and light reveals traces of lives and purposes now vanished.
Through stark contrasts and abstract compositions, each image moves beyond documentation to become a meditation on memory, decay, resilience, and transformation. The photographs reveal how time acts as an unseen architect, reshaping built forms into unexpected landscapes of texture, shadow, and meaning.
These works invite viewers to contemplate not only what remains, but also what has disappeared, discovering beauty in impermanence and poetry within ruin.
